Once your trademark or service mark has been registered, you will need to keep track of competitors who may attempt to get a “free ride” on the goodwill associated with your mark by using a confusingly similar mark. Mr. Germinario will work cooperatively with you to identify potential trademark infringement and bring swift legal action to stop it if necessary. He will also monitor and oppose competitors’ attempt to register marks that weaken or dilute the market impact of your registered marks.
